I remember a close friend of mine who was always bullied because he was overweight. People laughed, made comments, and treated him like he was less. One morning I decided enough was enough. I started waking up with him at 4:15 a.m. every single day, training beside him, pushing him through every rep until he started seeing himself differently. It wasn’t just fitness—it was brotherhood. That’s the soul of VitaFlex.
But my own journey started long before that. I was a kid in Haiti, growing up with almost nothing. Life tested me in every possible way. Losing my father at a young age, moving through orphanages, finding hope through faith and the kindness of strangers—it shaped who I am today. By the way my dad looks better than me haha He is the hidden face you may not see but is always here. He is the one who introduced me to working out. Fitness became my anchor, and I wanted to create something bigger than just myself. Something that could give people strength, confidence, and community no matter where they come from.
