At its core is the 10-8-6-4-2 progressive overload method, a proven pyramid structure where you add 10–20 pounds each set, pushing heavier and harder until your final 2-rep max. This relentless progression guarantees both muscle growth and strength gains, while keeping fat loss in check.

  • Chest Emphasis → Heavy pressing and hypertrophy movements to maximize chest growth.

  • Dedicated Leg Days → Squats, Romanian deadlifts, leg extensions, hamstring curls, and adductors for full lower-body development.

  • Twice-Per-Week Frequency → Every major muscle group hit directly two times for optimal recovery and growth.
